Account

How do I create a Sprrintly account?

Download the Sprrintly app and sign up using your email address, or continue with Google or Apple Sign-In. Once registered, you can start using the app immediately.

How do I update my account information?

You can update your personal information at any time from your Profile screen within the app. Alternatively, contact us at support@sprrintly.com and we'll assist you.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly within the app by following these steps:

  1. Open Sprrintly and log in
  2. On the bottom bar, navigate to the Organise screen
  3. Go to your Profile screen
  4. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) then More
  5. Select Delete Account and confirm

I can't access my account — what should I do?

Try resetting your password from the login screen. If you signed up using Google or Apple Sign-In, make sure you're using the same provider you registered with.

If you're still unable to access your account, contact us at support@sprrintly.com with the email address associated with your account.

Privacy & Data

What personal data does Sprrintly collect?

We collect the information you provide when registering and using the app, including your name, email address, and user-generated content such as tasks, notes, and weekly plans. We also collect usage data to improve the app.

Is my data shared with third parties?

We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the app (such as hosting and analytics). We do not sell your personal information. Any sharing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

How long is my data retained after I delete my account?

Most data is deleted immediately upon processing your deletion request. Some data may be retained for up to 30 days for security and fraud prevention purposes, or longer if required by law in your region (e.g. Australian Privacy Act, GDPR, CCPA).

Is Sprrintly GDPR compliant?

Yes. We apply GDPR data protection principles as our baseline standard for all users worldwide, regardless of their location. EU residents have the right to access, update, export, and delete their personal data at any time.

How do I request a copy of my data?

Email us at support@sprrintly.com with the subject line "Data Access Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will respond within one month in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Billing & Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account management page within the app, or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Are subscription fees refundable?

Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Sprrintly's sole discretion. Contact support@sprrintly.com to discuss your situation.

Will I be charged after a free trial?

If you provided billing information during a free trial, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee on the last day of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.

How do I unsubscribe from Sprrintly emails?

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to opt out of that email list. You can also contact us at support@sprrintly.com to manage your email preferences.

Where is Sprrintly based?

Sprrintly is developed and operated by Sprrintly Technologies PTY LTD, based in Footscray, Melbourne, Australia. Our services are governed by Australian law.

Which authentication providers does Sprrintly support?

Sprrintly supports sign-in via Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In, both managed through Firebase Authentication, as well as email and password sign-in. Each provider is subject to their own privacy policies.
